:: dare you to move ::

On the 5th of May, 2004, i started a blog. And today, i’m starting a brand new one. It’s time for a change. I’m feeling changes by the day. I want to record them in ways i’ve never done before :) I started my old blog with words from “Learning To Breathe” by Switchfoot.

And now…i shall officiate this blog with…

“I Dare You To Move” by Switchfoot.

Welcome to the planet
Welcome to existence
Everyone’s here
Everyone’s here
Everybody’s watching you now
Everybody waits for you now
What happens next?

I dare you to move
I dare you to move
I dare you to lift yourself up off the floor
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
Like today never happened
Today never happened before

Welcome to the fallout
Welcome to resistance
The tension is here
Between who you are and who you could be
Between how it is and how it should be

I dare you to move
I dare you to move
I dare you to lift yourself up off the floor
I dare you to move
I dare you to move
Like today never happened
Today never happened before

Maybe redemption has stories to tell
Maybe forgiveness is right where you fell
Where can you run to escape from yourself?
Where you gonna go?
Where you gonna go?
Salvation is here.

God is daring me to move. To trust and believe Him that He’s gonna take me places. He’s gonna take US places. I would have lost heart, unless i had believed that i would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.Psalm 27:13

CampusCity is gonna be AWESOME today. I can feel it in my bones. I can tell from the same happy spasms i get from java chips and lovely fuzzyfying stories, God is gonna move. And i pray that i’ll be moving with Him ;)

Run with me. I dare you.
